RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY

We would like to express our regret that you want to return or exchange the product you have purchased from www.dilekhanif.com.

You can return or change the products you ordered from Dilekhanif.com within 30 days from the delivery date to the address you have specified. We do not accept returns/changes for overseas orders.

In order for your return process to be started, you must fill in the return form at the bottom of the page and send it to us or send information to [email protected] by e-mail and call our office on 0212 219 37 23.

In order to initiate your exchange transactions, you must provide information to [email protected] by e-mail and call our office on 0212 219 37 23.

After giving information about your return and exchange request, you can send it back unused and undamaged. For return and exchange shipments, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Changes are made only in the same model products, for the color / size changes. It is not possible to exchange with a different product.

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 7 working days after the package delivery.

The reflection of the refunded amount on the credit cards varies according to the bank policies.

• The product you will return/change; We kindly request you to send it to the address below, complete with its original invoice, unused and undamaged.

• Products with damaged original box/packaging, with a shipping label affixed on the box, and products that are taped with duct tape are not accepted for return. The products that come in this way will be sent back with counter paid shipping.

• All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in their complete original packaging.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used or modified.
